I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, providing counseling services for individuals, couples, children, and families. My goal is to help people feel more empowered to handle life's issues. Working together, we will develop a treatment plan to overcome whatever obstacle you have encountered. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, family conflict, low self-esteem, or relationship issues, I would appreciate the opportunity to help you. I am accepting new clients and look forward to talking with you. My office is accesible for clients in the Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, Inman, and surrounding areas.
Group therapy can be a very helpful way for individuals to work on specific issues in a safe and structured environment. Individuals report gaining knowledge, receiving added support, and experiencing improvement after participating in group therapy.
I offer the following group therapies:
Parenting groups based on the STEP principles (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting)
Adolescent and Teen groups focused on self-esteem, managing emotions, bullying, and self-injury behavior (cutting, drugs)
Groups cost $25 per person plus any books or materials, and generally consist of 4-8 members. Groups typically are held once per week for 1-2 hours and last for approximately 6-8 weeks.
